Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a form of dental insurance?
Not at all. This is a private savings plan we run directly through our office. Because we’ve cut out the middleman, you don’t have to deal with claims, deductibles, or insurance companies telling you what treatment you’re “allowed” to have.
How soon can I start using my benefits?
The moment you join. There are no waiting periods or “approval” phases. You can enroll in the morning and have your included exam or cleaning that same afternoon.
Does my membership roll over if I don’t use it?
To keep the program affordable for everyone, unused benefits do not roll over to the next year. Your 12-month membership begins the day you sign up, and we’ll work with you to make sure your visits are scheduled so you get the full value of your plan.
Can I use this if I already have insurance?
This program is specifically designed for our patients who do not have traditional dental insurance. Because it offers exclusive in-house savings, it cannot be combined with other insurance policies or promotional offers.
Are there any treatments that aren't covered by the discount?
While your routine preventive care is included and most other procedures are discounted by 15%, there are a few exceptions. Currently, the savings do not apply to implants, dentures, or Invisalign.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Membership fees are non-refundable, but your benefits will remain active for the full 12 months from your enrollment date. We want to ensure you still have access to the care you’ve already invested in.
