A Legacy Built, One Patient At A Time

Crystal Lake Dental Arts has been part of this community since 1972, when Dr. Brian Koukol opened the original practice with a straightforward vision: create a place where patients feel genuinely cared for.

That vision held. Patients came back year after year, bringing their families and trusting the consistency of what they found. When Dr. Gary Rempert took over in 1999, he carried that same approach forward, keeping the focus on patient comfort, clear communication, and dependable care.

When the time came for the next transition, Dr. Rempert was deliberate about who would carry it forward. He was looking for someone who would not just maintain what had been built, but continue growing it with the same intention. Dr. Osman Khan stepped in with the same commitment to patients that had defined the practice from the beginning.
